Drop in the OM, rent roll, and T-12 — the add-in fills your client's exact template, every number sourced, so what you hand back looks like it always did. No platform, no login your clients will ever see.
↑ filled in your client's template, every number sourced — ships as their deliverable, not ours.
Every client has their own model, their own tab order, their own house style — and none of them want to see anyone else's format on their deal. So the same modeling work gets rebuilt by hand, client by client, deadline by deadline. The work isn't the analysis. It's the retyping.
The teez add-in lives inside whichever client model you open — never overwriting a formula they wrote. Drop in the docs; it fills their template and sources every number.
Drop the OM, rent roll, and T-12 into the pane. The agent reads them in parallel and pulls live market context from public data.
Open whichever client's model you're working from. The agent writes values into the right input cells and never touches a formula.
A separate pass checks cap rate, DSCR, and cross-doc consistency — so what you send back holds up.
No dashboard, no client-facing login, nothing to explain to the people you deliver to. teez lives in the file you already send them. It's a subscription for the add-in — not a service contract, not a data relationship, not a new system of record. Cancel it and you're back to exactly where you started, minus nothing.
Independent analysts and modeling shops have a problem no platform solves: every client wants their own template. Teez is a Microsoft Excel add-in that lives in whichever workbook you have open. Drop in the OM, rent roll and T-12 and it fills that client's model, cites every number to its source page, and runs a verification pass on NOI, cap rate and DSCR before you send it back. Your deliverable looks exactly like it always did. It just took an hour instead of a Friday.
It installs from the Excel ribbon on Windows, Mac and Excel on the web, starts with a free trial, and bills as a subscription per seat. No client-facing login, no data relationship, nothing to explain to the people you deliver to.
What modeling shops ask before they try the add-in on a client file.
Teez runs inside Excel on Windows, Mac and the web. Once installed it appears as Teez Underwriting on the Home tab of the ribbon; select it to open the task pane and sign in. If your organisation manages add-ins centrally, your IT administrator may need to approve it. See support for details.
Yes. The add-in scans the open workbook, builds a dependency graph of its formulas, and maps the inputs it extracted to the right cells. It writes only to input cells, so an unfamiliar model is safe to fill.
Multifamily, industrial and retail models. Documents can be PDF, Excel or CSV: offering memorandums, rent rolls in any layout, T-12s and lender term sheets.
Every value written into the sheet carries a citation to the page or cell it came from. The activity view in the task pane shows the trail for any figure, so when a client asks where a number came from, you can show them.
It starts free, then bills as a subscription per seat. There is no platform fee and no minimum. Cancel and you are back to exactly where you started. Current details are on the pricing page.
Documents and workbook content are processed to return a result and kept only as needed to provide the audit trail. They are never shared with other customers or used to train models. The Privacy Policy covers exactly what the add-in reads from a workbook.
We'll run the agent on a real client file, in front of you, in 20 minutes — in whatever template that client already expects.
20 minutes. No slide deck, no commitment. You keep the model regardless.
